Riesling

of uncertain origin vine between France and Hungary. A native of the valleys crossed by the Rhine and the Moselle, was also imported to Friuli, where it is perfectly set in the hilly areas, offering a wine with a perfect balance of taste.
Colour: pale yellow slightly marked.
Bouquet: typical aroma of citrus fruits, wild flowers, slightly aromatic.
Taste: elegant palate, dry, fresh, with good acidity
Serving suggestion: it accompanies dishes fish, crustaceans, molluscs, delicate soups, white meat without spices.
