Traminer Aromatico

Vine of uncertain origin, in fact, the opinions about its origins are conflicting with each other: some believe it is from the Tyrol, others from Alsace, still others from the Rhineland. What appears to be certain, however, is the fact that ' origin of this variety lies in high-latitude areas of growing grapes. In Italy, the regions of greatest cultivation of this variety are Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia, where the Traminer was excellently adapted to the terrain, climate and exposure with excellent results.
Color: yellow more or less intense straw.
Bouquet: characteristic with an intense aroma reminiscent of vanilla, lime blossom, almond, ripe fruit.
Taste: dry, aromatic, intense, distinctive and full.
Pairings: challenging wine to pair with appetizers hot or cold processed, fish in sauce and strong cheeses.
